Aesop.com.kw offers same day delivery in Kuwait for orders placed before 12 pm
All other orders will be delivered within 2 business days.
Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders.
Once an order is dispatched a tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner where you can track the journey of your order.

Exchange & Return
We offer refunds on all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. Orders made via the Aesop.com.kw website can be exchanged or returned in any Aesop Kuwait Official flag ship store mentioned below within the timelines stated in our returns policy.

Once delivered to our store, it takes up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
Exchange will only be granted in stores upon presentation of the original receipt.
Items must be in original packaging and sellable condition. Exchange will be granted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Aesop will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty.
If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 30 days of receipt.
